Exciting to see the large boom truck delivering the drywall sheets into the second floor.......250 sheets later we have all the three levels of rooms and spaces defined. Drywall taping will be completed next week at which point we will be entering the final stages of the renovation. For this project, we implemented a combination of spray foam insulation and batt insulation in the cavities to achieve the desired r-values. spray foam insulation at roof cavity Exterior fencing continues at the front of the house with our cedar 2x2 fence and gate system. A timber oil stain will be applied to the cedar to contrast with the gray stained posts.
