75% COMPLETE...
Exciting to see the large boom truck delivering the drywall sheets into the second floor.......250 sheets later we have all the three levels of rooms and spaces defined. Drywall taping will be completed next week at which point we will be entering the final stages of the renovation. For this project, we implemented a combination of spray foam insulation and batt insulation in the cavities to achieve the desired r-values.

Exterior fencing continues at the front of the house with our cedar 2x2 fence and gate system. A timber oil stain will be applied to the cedar to contrast with the gray stained posts. This fence along with the already completed panel fence at the west side will enclose the entire back yard to keep any children and pets secure.

The front concrete pavers create a unique entrance walk and will be surrounded with decorative river rock to complete the look. A Japanese Maple tree has been centered in the front planting area adjacent to the open porch. Landscaping with additional trees, plants and sod will continue.
| kitchen and pantry |
A small pantry area was created in the open kitchen for that always needed additional storage. A counter height, eat-in breakfast bar at the peninsula will provide extra counter space, as well as a functional area for homework and multi-tasking. Interior trim work, cabinets, painting and flooring will be next on the list.
LABOR DAY IS OUR TARGET COMPLETION DATE......STAY TUNED.
